Welcome to the enrollment site for the ASA-CPLE Leader Assessments.  ASA and the Center for Physician Leadership Excellence (CPLE) have partnered to provide online assessment tools to aid in your professional development.  The assessment(s) provide you with a comprehensive feedback report that highlights both leadership strengths and opportunities for improvement along with recommendations useful in creating an individual development plan.

Once you have paid for the assessment, you will receive a link within 48 hours. The link provides access to the inventories and, once the inventories are completed, to your report.
