There is a growing need for healthcare organizations to be able to identify physicians who can be moved successfully into leadership positions; and, also, to facilitate the development of individuals currently holding Physician Leader jobs.

To address this need, CPLE developed an assessment center that can be used to assess three levels of physician leaders (Entry, Mid and Executive level) for selection or development.
